Wheels down at Helsinki-Vantaa. Then the long Arctic dark.

Nine nights ahead north of the Arctic Circle — two in Helsinki for the Senate Square white cathedral and the Allas Sea Pool sauna at -10 °C, two at Rovaniemi for the Santa Claus Village on the 66°33'' line and the husky-sled run on snowy forest tracks, three at Inari deeper north for the Sámi cultural centre, the snowmobile night chase for aurora, and a reindeer-sleigh through frozen lake birch forest, and two final nights at Kakslauttanen for the glass igloo with the sky overhead.
